30 Day Free Trial Period for Software as a Service

Dimatas Technologies LLC offers SaaS to our customer under Freemiun policy. The companies and Individuals are under a 30-day free trial period program where customer will have access to Dimatas Premium services. The trial period begins immediately upon account activation. Upon activation, potential subscribers will be notified the date of their trial's expiration. The free trial period only applies to new customers and does not apply to existing customers that have a subscription plan. Dimatas Technologies reserves the right not to honor a free trial period for customers who were once paying subscribers, cancelled, and then decided to re-instate their subscription.

At any time during the 30-day free trial period, potential subscriber (customer) can cancel their account. There is no billing initiated during the trial period. Dimatas Technologies does not ask for credit card information to sign up for the 30-day free trial period. If you forget to cancel within the free trial period, your account WILL NOT BE CHARGED and your access will automatically be changed to Basic services. You will not incur any charges.

In order to use continue Premium Services after 30 days’ free trial period, you will be asked to subscribe to one of our subscription plans. You have the option of paying monthly, quarterly or receiving a discount by paying for a full year of service.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information during or after the free trial, Dimatas will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing and thereafter on the designated day of the month.

Proration

Dimatas Technologies LLC uses proration to charge or credit a customer if a change is made to the subscription price in the middle of a billing cycle. Enabling proration adjusts the price based on when the change took place in the billing cycle, and it charges the customer the newly-calculated rate immediately.

When you make a change to a subscription’s price, it is either considered an upgrade or a downgrade. An upgrade includes editing the subscription price to a higher dollar amount or applying an add-on. A downgrade includes editing the subscription price to a lower dollar amount or applying a discount.

Proration with add-ons and discounts

In order to adjust a subscription’s price, you can either use add-ons/discounts, or directly update the subscription and change the price. When you make an update to the subscription, the price change will be reflected for the remainder of its billing cycles or until another change is made. Alternatively, when you use add-ons/discounts, you must define how many billing cycles should be adjusted.

Customers can cancel anytime by logging in the Dimatas portal and cancel their services. Once you cancel your Premium services, user will automatically be adjusted to receive the free basic services. Customers will be able to see that their Premium SaaS service has been cancelled.

Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties. The fees that Dimatas charges for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly software services exclude taxes, phone, and internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these taxes and charges are the customer's responsibility.

The customer must provide Dimatas Technologies LLC with a valid credit card as a condition to subscribing to the software service. Furthermore, Dimatas Technologies reserves the right to change or modify its fee structure and introduce new charges with at least 15 days’ prior notice to the customer.
